I'm just wondering if there is a way to make the drawing lines thinner as I really don't like the thickness of the lines. I've adjusted to wire-frame and high detail but still not happy with how the lines are drawing. Am I missing something or is this just how Revit draws lines?

Thanks

The weight/thickness and display of lines for different element categories is controlled by Visibility Graphics and Object Styles.

OP do you mean you don't like the various line thicknesses you see while you draw/model? If so, there is a button along the top of your screen. It looks like 3 lines of varying thickness with a slash and 3 more lines all thin. Unselect that and all of your linework will look readable to you.

However, you might still want to select it now and then to check on how your stuff looks, because that is how it will look in output regardless of that button.

If by some odd chance my nattering was useful -- that's great, glad to help. But if it actually solved your issue, then please mark my solution as accepted 🙂

Type TL or click the the Thin Lines button in the Quick Access Toolbar...then all your lines will be thin and not by the actual lineweight.
