You can cut those "notches" in a wall sweep with an in-place [Component] void cut.
I believe the "join geometry" tool will cut a single opening through both walls.

thank you very much for the reply,
when i tried in-place void cut, it just removes a segment of the sweep; it does not make a puncture

I thought you were decorative notches, not penetrations all the way through .
How tall and deep is that sweep? It almost looks like you're doing an wainscot. Normally we model wainscots as walls -- either separate wall or as the lower portion of Stacked Wall Type. If you can do it way, you can penetrate
with an opening.
Also, are you aware that you can build sweeps into Wall Types?
1. Use wall profile and cut those openings
2: other option is use “ windows” to create those opening . Create a new window family with only opening rectangle / square .. no panels..
windows in on the wall by default cuts the wall sweeps..
if you want to continue some part of sweeps vertically, then you may create multiple sweeps and control the design..
cheers

it Worked...
Thank you very much...
FWIW: This is what I was talking about. Stacked Wall Type with built-in Sweeps (not Sweeps applied later using the Wall Sweep tool) can host Openings that will cut through the Walls, as well as the built-in Sweeps.
