View Template & Visibility Graphics crashing the file

The Visibility Graphics Override & View Template settings are refusing to work on my project's Revit model. When you open either of them to edit it just freezes the file or crashes it altogether.

The file is not that heavy anymore so thats definitely not the cause. The "use hardware graphic acceleration" is also off in the settings.

Any possible solutions you might be aware of?

install latest updates from autodesk. set your view template to none and check your view template setting or create a new one and see if helps. thanks

Strange. I'd probably go straight to a Repair.

...is this just one Project, or any Project?  If it's just with one, post it here and we'll test.  Tell us your Revit version too.
