Which view range have you verified? That of the link or that of the main model?
Go to visibility graphics >> Revit Links tab >> set link to by host or custom where view range follows host model
YOUTUBE | BIM | COMPUTATIONAL DESIGN | PARAMETRIC DESIGN | GENERATIVE DESIGN | VISUAL PROGRAMMING

which level is hosting the lower level families?
if you tab select through the link it should identify the host of those families
Can you post a screenshot of your ceiling view range?
Could be related to this: The OOTB Pendant Light has 2 Origin Ref. Planes in Elevation. This is a mistake. Open Family, go to Elevation View, select the "Center (Elevation)" Ref. Plane and uncheck "Origin".
or it could be related to a Model Line (or some other 3D element) extending way beyond the Fixture geometry (in Elevation) in the Family and "Show when Cut" is checked under Visibility Settings.
or...the Link is displaying BY LINKED VIEW instead of BY HOST VIEW.
