View specific graphic overrides

On a project I am working on existing objects are set to a gray color. However demolished objects are set to black. Is there a way I can have demolished show up as black only on demo sheets? And on the other sheets the items show up as gray?

Look into the Phase Filters and Phase Graphic Overrides settings.

Hard to understand what you are trying to say. 

Example: 

- Phase 3 demo view has Phase = Phase 3, Phase Status = Show Previous + Demo: then walls demolished in Phase 3 will show as dashed black 

- Phase 3 existing view has Phase = Phase 3, Phase Status = Show Previous: then walls demolished in Phase 3 will show as solid gray
