View Range

I'm learning the ropes of Revit Architecture and I have a floor plan on an sloped site, therefore it has different levels (+ -) 1200 - 1500 mm, as you go down. Can I set up different View Range parameters for specific areas but within the same floor plan?

Is there any way to isolate each area and set up it's own View Range as convenient to show specific elements in each level of the plan?

Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

Cheers

  1. Go to View > Plan Views > Plan Region
  2. Sketch the boundary of the region you need for each level
  3. Finish sketch mode
  4. Reselect that region if it is not still selected >
  5. on the  Ribbon go to Modify|Plan Region >> View Rang
  6. Reset the view range as desired
