View range extrange behavior

Hi all, I've been working on a Revit model and it has this extrange behavior: I created a set of RCP's and assigned them a view template, View Range was controlled there. Now, I want to changes VR settings and all RCP's are now shows the same level (5ft floor) the cut plane, no matter if the associated llevel plan view is zero or any other floor.

How can it be possible? AFAIK in view range the cut plane is always related to associated level. Tried changing view template to none, unchecking view range from view template, even made a clean reinstall.

Hi, @barthbradley, there are no plan regions in this project. The question is why are all of these view's cut plane related to same level if the associated level fo these views are different and were created from them? I did it myself and there should be no reason for that, seems like file corruption but I'm not sure at all...
