video driver error occured

hi i've been working on this project and suddenly the linked coordination model are not visible even tho it already been checked in visibility graphic. so i tried removing and added back the coordination model and now it have this error(please refer the screenshot i have attached below) and i already tried every single solution on the internet nothing solves it

What is your video card?  Try to update to a latest video card driver and restart teh computer.

intel iris(r) xe and the driver are updated to latest version
