We are still working on V-Ray Next for Revit, but we will release an update of V-Ray for Revit 3.70 which will add support for Revit 2020.

V-Ray Next for Revit is still under development and already full with exciting new features. 
Meanwhile, we made V-Ray 3.7 compatible with Revit 2020. This is a free update for all our existing customers and can be found on our website (click here).

Perpetual license means that I will have the license for life and that I will be getting every year the latest release ?

Because "PERPETUAL" sometimes means ONLY for the release at this date.

So That way it will be a very bad deal.
