How to fix levels in a 3D view in Revit 2018?

Hi. When I opened my model in Revit 2019 (I'm working in 2018), I'm able to see the levels in a 3D view and manually fix them. How do I do this in Revit 2018? What issues does it bring when creating sheets with floor plans and sections if the levels are not aligned in 3D?

Viewing levels in 3D was not available in 2018. You need to do it in sections.

None.

Rob

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

My levels are so messed up Revit 2019 even crashes in 3D view when I turn on levels on VV.

From my understanding, the levels won't have any issues if those circles show up like in the first picture.

The circle indicates the 3D extent of the level in the project. The dot indicates the 2D extent of the level in the view. When a view is created and not cropped, it shows the circle. When the view is cropped, it shows the dot.

You shouldn't be stretching the circle to fit a cropped view because it affect the project wise 3D extent of the level.

I'd suggest Auditing the file.

I'll do that.

For now my only solution seems to be to delete the current levels and create new ones.

Don't even know how they got messed up this badly.

Deleting levels can be problematic. Be careful.
