Using the "Create parts" tool for a slab in Revit

Hello,

I am creating parts from a slab in Revit. When I export the NWC they do not show up as individual parts......only the entire slab shows. Is there a way to create the individual slabs from the "parts"? The thing is I'm trying to create a timeliner with individual pours but the entire slab has been modeled. Hope this makes sense. Thanks!

It is a setting you can change before exporting to Navisworks format. Should work if  I understand your question.
