Using downloaded revit files

Hello, I've recently downloaded a Schuco fw50+ Revit file and I'm trying to create a specific curtain wall using the mullions from the package I've downloaded.

Could you please help me to:

-1) How to explode the families in the attached file,

or to import a mullion from the package as a family.

-2) How to change the dimensions of the mullions in the attached file,

to scale the right dimensions for the project.

-3) How to import a single item from the collection of items. (in the attached)

You only show a screenshot of one or more families. This is too little information to go on. You could upload the families so we can have a look (if allowed)

Even better, I would advise to contact the Schuco, supplier of the families, and ask them how they should be used.
