I AM USIGN AUTODESK BUILDING DESIGN SUITE ULTIMATE 2013, IN REVIT ARCHITECTURE 2013 I CAN NOT EDIT FLOOR PROFILE ON PLAN VIEW. WHEN I AM SELECTING THE FLOOR THEN EDIT PROFILE OPTION NOT SHOW UNDER MODIFY. BUT WHEN I AM CLICKING UPPER ARROW (BESIDE THE MODIFY) ON TWICE THEN EDIT OPTION SHOWS. PLEASE CLARIFY MY PROBLEM......
When you select a floor to modify it after it is initially drawn, you will get a green contextual tab in the Ribbon called Modify|Floors...within there is a Mode panel that allows you to select Edit Boundary. This will let you change the sketch of the floor.
The black arrow pointing up in the Ribbon which is to the far right, is your toggle switch to change how the Ribbon behaves (minimize to tabs, panel, etc.).

I HAVE READ YOUR SOLUTION. BUT MY PROBLEM IS different. SO I JUST ATTACHE ONE SNAP SHORT WITH MARK UP PROBLEM PLEASE STUDY THAT AND GIVE ME SOLUTION.....
now I understand the issue you are having.
when selecting the floor to edit its profile, the contextual tab should show you the Draw Panel in green as a default right away...not having to click the Ribbon minimize button.
I would try the following:
1. Reset your Revit UI
2. Update Revit 2013 to the latest release (I think it's UR3)
3. If 1 and 2 do not fix it, do a repair on Revit
4. If 3 does not do it, do a clean uninstall/reinstall of Revit
