Hello Team,

User could not able to use A360 with Autodesk revit 2015. The exception is "you do not have currently access to Collaboration for autodesk Revit.

The version of A360 is 7.3.6.1809

Version of Revit :- 2015

I have attached the screenshot of the error.

Note that User can use standalone

  1. User can see the project files from within the web interface
  2. User cannot access the collaboration folders from revit
  3. User cannot access the collaboration files from the communicator.

Please help to resolve this issue

Is C4R for Revit 2015 even supported since the move to 360 Design?

But make sure Revit 2015 UR14 is installed and the person is entitled to use a license.

I suggest filling out a Support request then at manage.autodesk.com and click on "Contact Support".  Although technically 2015 is no longer supported...but you can always try.

Also, try posting in the 360 Team forum to see if someone may still remember 2015's issues..  https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/bim-360-team-forum/bd-p/285

Did you make sure all the updates for 2015 have been installed?  https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autodesk-revi...
