User Cannot Select a Reveal

We are having a curious issue where one of our users cannot select (to edit) a wall reveal she has just placed. The file is workshared, and I have no problem selecting and/or editing the reveal. She can select pinned elements, so that does not appear to be the problem. Another symptom of the odd file behavior is that she does not get a preview of the reveal before she places it. Has anyone our there encountered this before?

The user did restart. That did not resolve the issue. Any other ideas?

It's not in the selection settings (Select>, under modify)?

No, we checked that one, too.

Maybe it's a user-specific model category view setting? Does this occur in every view?

User resolved it. It turned out to be a Workset issue.

The user self-resolved the problem. It turns out the problem was with the active workset. Once she changed that, the reveal returned to full functionality.

We have sometimes same problem.

I suggest you to check the model each week if all the elements are properly assigned to specific Workset/Discipline. It will help.
