Upgrading really old Revit files (2013, etc.)

Is it possible to open files as far back as 2013 in the newest version of Revit to upgrade it? Or, can those models be uplaoded to ACC to automate the upgrade?

Why don't you just try it for yourself? I just upgraded 2013 to 2025. Seemed successful but I didn't really dig down into the upgraded Project.  In any case, I don't think one upgrade is going to be indicative of every upgrade.  I'm sure results will vary.

You have the do it yourself. There is no ACC for Revit 2013.
