Hello good day,

In the company where we work, we have the subscription of the complete package subscribed, we had the revit 201, the problem is now when we update a project for 2018 the links do not see the main document (as the attached figure)
I have already followed your steps that update by doing audit to * .rvt.
I would like technical support.

Hi @ctga.geral

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues.

A few questions to better understand the issue:

  • Can you confirm if you have the latest updates installed for Revit 2018 from your desktop app?
  • Are you using a server-based central mode?
  • Did you process a backup copy of the main model before the upgrade process.
  • Is this issue specfic to a user/ machine?

Looking forward to your reply update.

Regards,

Hi @ctga.geral

Thanks for getting back.

Since this is not user specific, the issue is related to the upgrade process.

Can you try the below for me and see if it helps?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi @ctga.geral

at this point the best course of action would be for you to send us the files. You can do so through the case or through the A360 Drive folder that we shared with you.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
