Unable to submit Autodesk Support Request

Ironically, the Autodesk support request feature is broken and I am unable to submit a support request to fix the support request.
This was my original support request, but I am unable to submit it:
When loggin in Firefox and trying to access the Support Requests, it refuses my password. I can log in fine in Chrome with the same credentials. In firefox, I get the error: "The User ID and/or Password entered below is not valid or was not recognized. Please try again. "
In Chrome, I am unable to select Product release.
