Unable to Rotate

I want to rotate a girdrer such that it will become inclined. But as soon as i want to rotate it an error occur saying that "Can't draw because Work Plane is at a very sharp angle in this view. Go to another view or redefine the Work Plane."

Have you tried to change the elevations of start and end?

This option is not available!!!! when I place a beam this option is
available but when I try to place girder this option is not available.

Can you set the Workplane in the view you are trying to rotate the girder?

Edit - retry placing the Girder. When I tried, both options were available.

I can't seem to replicate it.  A girder can be adjusted without any problems.

Good question. Can you share a file? Easiest thing - CTRL-C and CTRL-V your girder and its supports to a blank file and share.

I modeled the girder by making its family !!!! The already present families are showing this option but the families which I modeled are not showing these options

You need to create the family from the structural framing family template, not the generic model template.  See attached.
