Unable to Render in Cloud

Hello, I had scheduled a call with Autodesk last week but was never called as scheduled and I have emailed the person who last helped me a couple months ago but he takes weeks to answer and I have not gotten a reply.

I am a Revit LT subscriber and I am unable to render. The initial error message lists material images that are missing, however none of these materials are even used or called for in my project. I have tried current projects, years old projects and even brand new start-from-scratch projects and all give me the same error messages in the same order.

Below are the error messages I am receiving when I try to render (in the order they appear)...

Also, I recently subscribed to Revit Live. When I try to open it, it will not let me activate. I enter my serial # provided by Autodesk and it grays out the Activate button. It tells me to contact my administrator. I am the administrator, I am a single-man company with no other linked computers or accounts. When I try to just proceed with the 30-day trial (even though I have already paid the first month), it alternates between just simply never opening (not responding) or gives me another error. Here are those messages in order...

I need help resolving these issues. Thanks.

Hi @Anonymous,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble using Render in Cloud from Revit and thank you for reaching out to us.

I see that you have Revit Live installed.  That may be the cause.  Have you applied Revit Live 1.8.1 update?  This update has the fix for Render in Cloud from Revit.  You can get the update from Autodesk Desktop App.  Just start it and sign in with your A360 account.  And you will see this:

The fix is only in Revit Live service component.  Once the update installer start, you can just select to install only Autodesk Revit Live Service component, as shown in this screenshot.

I see that you also had trouble with licensing.  Usually that error would go away if you restart you PC.  My colleague @giuseppe.schiralli has answered your post in Revit Live forum.

Please let us know if this is helpful.

Thank you and have a great day.

Libei
