Unable to open exported Revit Files in AutoCAD.

Hello, 

I have exported an Revit Sheet into AutoCAD for a colleague and whilst i can open the file in AutoCAD and all the information is there, when they open the file they get this error message: 

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0048 Exception at EBD85843h. 

They are able to open other AutoCAD files but none from any exports from Revit. 

Any Clues as to why this is happening?

Sounds like an AutoCAD problem on their end.

what about saving CAD file in a previous AutoCAD format ...2013 or 2010 ? (Export>Options>Export Setups DWG/DXF>General>Default Export Options>Export to File Format)
