Unable to change camera images to black and white

Have taken some camera photos and added them to a sheet. Is there anyway to change to black and white or any way to change the model to black and white and get rid of all the color? Thanks

Edit the photos in some photo editing software and change them to grayscale or black and white. As for your model, do you set the views to shade or realistic visual style? Change them to hidden visual style. If you only need to print out as grayscale, then you don't need to change the model, just set the output to grayscale under print settings.

Hi @Anonymous

I see that you are visiting as a new member! Warm Welcome to the Autodesk community! Smiley Happy

As suggested by @ToanDN and @ennujozlagam the image can be changed to 'black and white' using image editing software:

Adobe Photoshop

Irfan view

Photoscape

movavi photo editor (classic black and white images)

fotor

Within Revit you can insert your image as a decal, but that does not make it 'black and white' though you can modify the settings see below:

decal settings.JPG

Please see print settings in Revit HERE

As suggested by @ToanDN you can print in monochrome as:

  • Black Lines: All text, non-white lines, pattern lines, and edges print in black. All raster images and solid patterns print in grayscale. (This option is not available for publishing to DWF.)
  • Grayscale: All colors, text, images, and lines are printed in grayscale. (This option is not available for publishing to DWF.)
