Hi folks,
I have a empty curtain panel with 4 different types of brackets. They are placed on both top and bottom of the panel.
There is a total of 4 nested families, one for each bracket type.
2 instance visibility parameters with slidedown options have been created to select the type brackets in the model.
I would like to add a parameter to be able to turn on/off the brackets of one of the sides (right/left). In order to sort out situations like the one shown below. Could anyone please give me some advice?
Please find below screenshot of parameters and the family file attached.
Thank you very much guys,

You can create yes/no parameters "left" and "right".
Then, use AND statement in formulas:
Type 96mm - Left:
and(left,Top bracket fixed to slab=Set Condition 96mm)

Whoa! I think my brain is melting. Okay, so let's see if I understand correctly...you want to add 2 more visibility parameters that are based on the status of pairs of visibility parameters.
Sounds like you need to work in some "AND" Yes/No Parameters/Formulas, as in: =and(Parameter Name 1,Parameter Name 2) which is returns a check mark if both are Parameter Name 1 and Parameter Name 2 are checked.
...Looks like all that brain-power was for not. I just noticed that @Ilic.Andrej said pretty much that same thing. And, I betcha he got there without frying a single brain cell. he, he.
Hi Andrej,
That's music to my ears. It's just what I needed. It works perfectly.
Thank you very much for your help and swift replay.
Cheers,
Honestly, a lot of effort and brain cells were expended by me. It just happened that I came up with the same answer as @Ilic.Andrej . I promise you; I did mine independently. I wasn't even aware of @Ilic.Andrej contribution until after I did mine. I think it would be fair that I get a lil' green check mark as well. But, that's up to you.
Cheers!
