TVT Link Display not updating Phasing

Hello,

We are working on a model with linked files. Later in the project, we have been required to introduce phasing, so much has been added to both the Master and the Linked files. The phases have been created in the same order with the exact same name (case-wise as well).

Unfortunately for some reason, the linked model does not update with the phase set in the View of the Master Model.

Upon further investigation, it appears that the "Phase" under RVT Link Display Settings (Visibility Setting->Revit Links Tab-> Display Settings) does not update. I am attaching a print screen showing the Phase selected for the View (Affordable), and the RVT Link Display Setting which is set to "<By host view> (Private).

When changing any of the other settings of the view (like Detail Level) they appear to update in the RVT Link Display Setting Window. It is only Phasing that appears frozen.

We have encountered a similar problem. Try switching to Custom, then Phase and Phase filter options will be available.
We make these settings for all view templates. Thus, you can even set up different Phases and Phase filters for different links if needed.

Thanks, that is what we might end up doing, though it is less than an ideal scenario because I have to go through a lot of Templates and amend them.
