I'm new to Revit and I'm trying to model with extreme difficulty a pivoting door. All my attempts have failed and for some reason, I can't find any help on the internet. Please can someone help me find a tutorial on PIVOTING DOORS? How to draw them on the door family and how to create a Door Swing Plan?

Thank you for the question. I am not sure what you mean by pivoting door, can you post an image. Doors are one of the more difficult topics in Revit. You will often hear people discuss door creation, for this reason. Get me a pic, and I will see if I can help. You will probably need to use reference lines and planes in the creation.

A pivot door is a swinging door that rotates on a spindle, different from the normal hinged doors. I'll show you an example.
I believe what you are asking about is an operational offset hinge. Open and inspect the "Bi-Fold_Offset_18" in the attached 2018 Project. Note the dynamic "Origin" Reference Plane in Plan View. It is controlled via the "Start" Parameter, which is turn controlled via the angle ("A") of the Door opening.

Thanks for the reply! I think the operation you referred is correct, there is a fixed point of rotation in the door that changes when inputting a new angle value. Since I'm new to Revit, I just wondering if there might be a tutorial to recreate that operational offset hinge and incorporate it into my custom door family? I tried inspecting your file but I'm still inexperienced, I lack the knowledge of retracing the steps to understand the process.
It all about the "Origin" Reference Plane and making it dynamic. By that I mean, the "Origin" Reference Plane -- which is normally stationary -- moves in this family. It's position is controlled by the "A" Parameter via a formula.
