Turning Off Workset Popup Dialog

Our users are concerned about time wasted while opening Revit 2019 files and having to click out of the workset selection dialog box. Is there a way to turn this off?

Then tell them to click on the drop down arrow next to the open button and choose any but Specify.

With that said, it is beneficial to Specify which worksets to open if the project is large with lots of worksets. The time spent choosing the only needed worksets will be much less than the time wasted due to slowness.
