Turn off demo phase items in linked revit file.

I'm new to revit. We're doing a rehab of a structure. In the structural model, I have some columns on exsisting phase, being demolished in the new construction phase. I have new columns that are not in the exact location as the demo columns. These are set to new construction phase. this model is linked into the architectural model. In the Architectural model I have a plan view and I would like to turn off the visibility of the beams being demolished from the structural model.  How do I do that? I look at the "revit links" in the visibility graphics and I'm not seeing how to do anything according to phase.

Select the link, edit type and map phases properly.  When it's done the link should show what your view is set to display if you leave the link to display by host view.

Additionally, you can control the link phasing independently via VG > set the link display to custom > set phase and phase filter to the link in view.
