Windows displayed in gray background in floorplan view

Hello

Some of the windows display with gray background in floorplan view. Is there some settings that I messed up or something else ? How can I make them look normal, with white background? The long window on the left is an imported family from Shucco. The one in the middle is M_Fixed family, and all its types are gray.  Other windows show up normal

I think I found a possble explanation.

I remember earlier today I deleted the casing (actually I hid it)  and I think I have overwriten the family.

As you can see in the 3D, there is no casing but it shows up in the floorplan.

By deleting the casing I probably deleted an in fill region attached to it or the white projected fill?

Here in the screenshot I added an infill region so it seems to be showing normally now.

What about the Shucco product family? Is it possible that It misses the infill setting ?

Upload the Shucco family here, or open it and check it for Detail Elements in the ref plan view which are using the Masking region type.

Here they are, both the Shucco and the M_Fixed showing gray in floorplan shaded mode.

Today when I opened the library again, dont know why but the gray color is back

Maybe I didnt save the changes.

The M_Fixed has an option for Sash off, but I think  the geometry has been deleted.

Do you happen to have a normal working M_Fixed window family? The metric one.

Now I just realized that this is happening because I was in Shaded mode, which I knew I was but I thought thats the way to have the walls with solid colors but in fact that can be changed in the material appearance.

I thought the Graphic Overrides include individual material appearance but its doesnt.
