Trying to make half dome ceiling

Hi, I’m trying to make a ceiling that is a half dome on one end and flat on the other. Does anyone know the best way to do this? Also I’m trying to find the xyz arrow so I can move points in my spline but I can’t find it.

I would draw half profile and add reference line

Select the profile and line and you will get full revolve. Then go to the property and set the end from 360 to 180.
