Trying to keep Muntins Centered on a double hung window

I've been trying to add these 3x2 Muntins to the double-hung windows, but they don't stay centered whenever I change the window's height. I can get them to be the right size but not the proper placement. Does anyone know how to constrain them to the center? I can't seem to select a horizontal centerline.

You need to lock them and set the equalities shown in the below GIF. The amended .rfa file also attached

That's perfect, thanks. How were you able to constrain the middle of the muntin? On my file, I can't seem to get the center of the mullion to lock to a reference plane. Further more how do you get the dimensions with the labels to show?

You have to edit the nested family and change the Reference plane to Center (Elevation) or Weak reference. It was set to Not a Reference. Once you change it, you will be able to align and lock it in the host

Oh dang, that makes sense. But when did you connect the two "EQ." to?

Sorry for all the questions, just trying to learn how to do it myself haha

All the below are new...new ref planes added to define the frame width (top/middle/Bottom)

The two purple circled dims were locked

All the other dims to the left for the EQ added (the ones with same color correspond to each other)

For some reason, it still doesn't seem to be working. I must be missing something.

I did not check the window frame...from the pickture that looks like it hasnt been locked properly. Notice the bottom frame of the apper window panel and the top frame of the lower? they should be aligned but they seem to be shifting up and/or down based on ...i would assume frame width or some other parameters.

Edit: see below

RDAOU_0-1738267011611.png

The panel height as is will not always fit in properly... When the window height exceed a certain height and you change the frame height, you will end up with a gap that gradually increase between the two panels ...you need to introduce the Frame Width into that formula

Should I fix it and re-upload to this reply...or do you wish to test your mettel and give it a shot?

Edit: Here is it and new Family attached here
