True view looking up, ie, without the usual reversal/mirroring required for an RCP

Does any know a way to create a plan view that actually looks up? Ie, not just making things above the cut plane visible, but that actually fully spins round and views objects as they'd truly be viewed if you were looking up at them.

Basically a non-reverse ceiling plan.

Any help would be great!

NB - I'm trying to set up a view of a component that I need a cnc router to cut. The component has a rebate facing the floor, so i need to view it from underneath.

For CNC router file you use the 3D view and export the bottom view to STEP (ie: looking from DOWN)

That's interesting. I've ever heard of STEP.

I've been setting up a view of each component - 100's - and placing them all on a 1:1 sheet to send to a cnc routing company.

I'll look into STEP. Though, I'm using Revit Lt so am unable to use a lot of these plugins

STEP format is what is used for most CNC printing (some use IGES/SAT or 3DM).

The 3D view in Revit is a true view... ie: you can print the Bottom view (looking up) of it an/or place on sheets...in lieu of placing section and rotating them
