Trouble loading Door Family into project

When I'm in Revit 2020 I'm in the Arch->Door tab trying to upload a "Door-Curtain-Wall-Double-Storefront" family, the pop-up  saying "You must choose family files of the category Doors". Why is this popping up, even when I'm loading from the door tab?

The name and the location in the Revit library is deceptive. Yes, this is a door, and it is in the Door category's folder; however, it is not a normal door. Rather it is a curtain panel door. As such, I advise you use the Load Family button on the Insert tab to load this storefront door. FYI, this button will allow you to load any category of family, so if you are ever uncertain which category the family you want to load is assigned to, use this button.

Then to place it, you will not simply select the door using the Door button and place it as you would with most doors. Rather you will select the curtain panel(s) which are in the location(s) where you want the door(s), unpin them (if they are pinned), then use the drop-down menu to select the storefront door you recently loaded. This shows that curtain wall doors are more closely related to curtain panels than they are typical door families.
