trouble docking project browser vertically into view tab area

I can't dock my project browsers vertically into the view tab area so I can tile the 4 windows equally. like the pictures I've enclosed.  The only way it wants to dock is horizontally. I've shown the Instructors before/after pics'

Have you tried dragging it as far left as you can?

At first I couldn't do that because I'm using three monitors. And then I figured out I needed to do was bring the program over to the far left monitor and then I could do it. So thank you
