Triangular spot elevations aligned to curved edge of ceilings.

Hello,

With the "rotate with component" option ticked in the constraints tab of spot elevations in edit properties, the spot elevation aligns itself to curved walls really well and is always perpendicular to it. However, that is not the case with ceilings with curved edges. The spot elevation always stays the same and doesn't align itself with the curved edge. How can I edit the family of the spot elevation such that it rotates with all edges, and not just walls?

Because the wall is actually curved, the curved edges of the ceiling doesn't make the ceiling curved. It is still flat (or sloped).

Agreed. However, is there a way to make a spot elevation such that it responds to all curves, and not just curved walls?

TAB-Select to cycle through overlapping entities.  It's there.

TAB select doesn't work. It selects different entities, but the Spot elevation doesn't align itself according to the edge of those entities.
