I tried to put a tree from Site Component (Massing and site tab) and I cannot see it even if I check visibility graphics.  the component is an original tree and not from any external reference.  View is set course to Fine - still no show, thanks

It’s probably not the reason but the trees are under planting category.

There could be several reasons the tree does not appear in the view.  Here's a list of 33. Keep it handy for future use.

have you try to change the detail level to FINE and or it was hide in 3D view, activate your bulb icon and unhide elements and see if helps. thanks

None of the 33 applied?  Wow. Maybe there's a 34th out there that someone can share.

I was in 3D and had the Section Box active, I unchecked the Section Box and the trees appeared, then I reactivated the Section Box and the trees are still there. Hope this helps.
