Photoshop is another way.

Awhile ago there was Free Add-in that claimed it could it.  Dunno. if it's true.  Search the Store for it or something simular.

Only other idea I have, would be trace the  Text in a Legend View using Filled Regions  and make it  transparent. Then place this Legend View on multiple sheets.

For text you can use an outlined type font ie. Swis721 BlkOul BT and place it on the sheet (could be a generic annotation symbol).

I would use Model text

First create the textFirst create the text

Next crop the view

Next crop the viewNext crop the view

Right click on the model text and override it by element

Right click and override by elementRight click and override by element

Set it to transparency 60% and half tone

Set it to halftone & 60% transparencySet it to halftone & 60% transparency

Drag it to the sheet and you will see watermark

Drag it to sheet and you will get watermarkDrag it to sheet and you will get watermark

Watermark is best done in a PDF program.  Much more versatility and your working drawings are clean.

You can add watermark on ToolsBlast.com. They have a free, simple and very solid tool for watermarking - it supports also batch processing, and always generates waterark proportional to the photo size - this looks great. The direct link to the tool - watermarking tool.
