Transparent walls in my model

In 3D view the walls look semi transparent for some reason, which in turn seems almost wireframe. Transparency is set to 0, there's no filters, I've checked phases and I'm looking at it in shaded / realistic. Not sure how to get my opaque walls back and I can't undo
Any help would be much appreciated

Check your eye and target elevation. Usually the large value will cause the 3d to glitch out.

To fix it click on the isometric view cube and you notice the eye & target elevation reset back to default value and your view no longer have the glitching effect.
