TRANSFERING ELEMENTS BETWEEN PROJECTS WITHOUT LOSING ANNOTATION ELEMENTS IN VIEWS AND SHEETS.

Hi
Currently I'm working on a massive project with very heavy models. When the project started we decided to separate the models by systems, so in Model 1001 we would have Walls, Windows and Doors; in Model 2001 Casework, in Model 3001 Floors, Ceilings, Roofs and so on. In each of these models we've created presentation views and presentation sheets. This strategy was useful at the beggining of the project because we needed the same families for each building of the project, so we didn't need to be transfering them between models.
Now we've come to the last phase of the project, the integration. So we need to separate the elements by building or location, instead of systems. We need this because it takes huge time to our team to move a wall and then having to enter all the other models to move the subsequent elements.
We now how to transfer the elements in 3D, but when doing so, we lose pretty much all of our annotation elements, and would have to redo all of our sheets. Is there a way to keeping these annotations? We would save a lot of time.
Thank you!
