It looks all right. Maybe uncheck all layers and only check the contour layer of your cad drawing while creating your topography from inserted cad file.
Or you can simply edit the topography and delete those points at the 0 level.

first of all, thank u for your response

second, I have two more questions

1: although, the area is mountainous,900 Meters above the sea level actually, but I don't wanna see this huge mass, how do I reduce this vast mountain a little?

2:my building does not sit well on the ground, what should I do to pin it to the surface?

You can use Split Surface to cut your topography and only keep the area around your project.

For the level, you can either use a building pad or manually edit the elevation of the points around your project.

what do you mean by Split Surface? how do I do that?

if I go to elevation, I can take the structure and just push it down to the surface? I want it to be exactly

Go to your floor plan or site plan, under Site Tab, click Split Surface, click on the topography, sketch lines to split it into 2 pieces.

Looks to me like your Toposurface's Boundary Points are at zero elevation.  Have you tried removing them?  Go to a Wireframe Elevation View, click "Edit Surface", window-select around all the points at the base of the Toposurface and press "Delete". Click on "Finish" to close out of editing mode.  Look better now?

You may have included non-relevant layers when you created the Toposurface.  When you create a Toposurface from a CAD survey, check only those layers that the 3D contour linework is placed in the DWG.

That's bazaar. Each point completes a surface triangulation.  That's how the shear faces are created. There is no actual "thickness" to the topo. It's a topoSURFACE.  I don't understand how deleting points would not have an affect. Want to post your RVT and DWG?

In the DWG,  I rotated the cube to view all the linework in elevation, window-selected around all the Contour linework "hovering above" (excluding the vertical ones), and put them all on a New Layer.  Then I imported the DWG into Revit, created Toposurface from CAD Import and unchecked all the layer boxes except for "New Layer".  Voila!

If you want to be "neater" about it, put all the "Graphics01" linework on a new Layer named "Graphics01-new" and all the "Graphics02" linework on a new Layer named "Graphics02-new".  Remember: Not the vertical Contours! Then when you create the Revit Toposurface from it, just check the boxes for those 2 "new" Layers.  Uncheck all the others.  It'll look much prettier than my above. Promise.

I really think get there by doing what I told you in message #7 and #8.  Just check the "Graphics01" and "Graphics02" Layer checkboxes. Leave all others unchecked. Once created you can remove points as I instructed in message #7.
