Topography platform snap

Good Morning guys,

Yesterday I tried to pick a line of a platform in order to  quote its perimeter and align it to other surfaces or slab but I found that its edges and points cannot be aligned or snapped like other elements.

I tried to start from edges but  wasn't possible either for topography surface itself. Something need to be activated or is it normal? And for purposes which should be the function of the platform? because, as it need to be developed with layers, I forget which is its role in the building.

I should post it later when I can screenshot this, but now I cannot because it hasn been made from my computer.

This is normal behaviour and that's why Autodesk changed it in Revit 2024 to a floor-like concept.

Ich kenne mich nicht so gut aus hier, aber könnte mir jemand eine Schritt für Schritt Anleitung für die automatische Berechnung eines Aushubs vom Gelände erstellen? Ich habe den Bestand und die neuen Höhenpunkte gesetzt und komme nicht weiter. BITTE ES IST SEHR WICHTIG.
