i want to make a topography in revit using SPECIFY POINTS FILE command.
the .cvc file has 3 columns with numbers( 1. X coordinates, 2.Y coordinates, 3. elevation value)
when i try to import the file the below error message appear.

I use Point Manager lisp to extract the data

I've reconfigure the CAD drawing to make the point read the Z value. Also I move the UCS position closer to the property line point so Revit is able to accept the value. See attached.

Since the point don't have Z value, I use this LISP routine to translate the text to points. Then use point manager and it will translate to Revit.
