Topo surface lower points cannot be selected

As shown in the attachment, when I tried to edit the surface, the points on the right, which is the lower side cannot be selected. And I wasn't able to change the area of the surface on this right side.

Select the Point, look on the Options Bar and enter a new "Elevation" value for the Point.

...what a minute. Are you wanting to move the Boundary Points outward to increase the Surface Area of the Toposurface? If so, go to a Plan View and Edit Surface and drag the Boundary Points outward.

the problem is that I cannot select those points for some reason

Can you do them one at a time?

No, not really. All of the points on the left can be selected. But the ones one the right cannot.

When I first open the edit surface, it mentioned

portions of the topographic surface or points on the surface may not be visible in this view due to clipping by the view

Set your Plan View Range's Top and Bottom and Depth to Unlimited.
