Titleblocks Disappeared in the Project

I wasn't working on sheets the entire day, and when I came to the sheets, all titleblocks disappeared.

What I was doing was making generic annotation family, creating note blocks and similar, and the moment when I wanted to drag note block to some of the sheets, I found out that titleblocks are missing.

Is the Titleblock family still in the Browser?

Ops, I think this should be disregarded 

It is one hour that I was clicking on floor plans below the sheets in project browser, not on sheets...

Well, you triggered my solution, and I cannot reward my stupidity. 

Such things could really point to natural lack of intelligence, but could also be addressed to imperfect user interface.
