Looks like you've created a parametric Titleblock family and that line work that is misbehaving is simply not constrained properly.  Align and lock the end points of those line to a stationary Ref. Plane.

okay and how do I do this? The sheet is based on OOTB revit sheets.

Thanks for the help!

Post the family. I'll fix it and return it.

Don't make the sheets parametric...just create a new titleblock family.

It's not worth the headache.

Thank you in advance. Sometimes revit can feel so counterintuitive... or probably my Revit knowledge isn't on point.

I'm not readily seeing the issue you showed in your first post screenshot. In other words, I can't break it. But, if you just group all the labels, linework and logo together, that may give you better control over those elements.

I don't know if it really is this which fixed it. I just started all over again and did the same as before. In the end i 'pinned' everything and grouped the complete title block, which seems to work.

Thanks for your time and effort!
