Any idea how to download?   Apparently there is supposed to be a button that says "free" but this is not visible to me in chrome or internet exporer?

a) A subscription customer

b) Signed in

If you are you should see this box in the top right of your screen ;

Yes to both,  but where your image shows 'download'   My button says 'learn more'

Is it perhaps unavailable to me becasue I have the autodesk revit LT suite and subscription?

Yes, I suspect that will probably be it - Revit LT is not listed as one of the qualifying subscriptions.
