Three Option Parameter for Sheet Index? (Issued, For Reference, Not Issued)

Hello,

I am looking to create a parameter similar to the Yes/No parameter that allows a third option so that with Conditional Formatting I am able to show drawings as "Issued," "Issued for Reference Only," and "Not Issued." Has anyone successfully done this? We currently use the Yes/No but have a client requesting that the index also denote which issued sheets are for reference only.

Additionally we were looking to send these conditional formatting items to open and filled circles instead of text. Any Ideas?

Thank you in advance!

How about an Integer parameter where you enter either 1, 2 or 3- depending on which status you want displayed.

For your filled circles- a solid circular masking region with it's visibility tied back to a Yes/No parameter- in turn, back to your conditional formula.

Hope this helps?

Kind regards,
Ian

Hope Its ok for me to link to my blogs, please remove if not

Create a Project Parameter - Ex Sheet Parameter, Choose text.Create a Project Parameter - Ex Sheet Parameter, Choose text.then you will have to assign Each Sheet their Parameter..I just placed "1"for Sheet C-101, and "2"for all SheetsA-101, A-102 etc... and make sure in Browserthen you will have to assign Each Sheet their Parameter..I just placed "1"for Sheet C-101, and "2"for all SheetsA-101, A-102 etc... and make sure in BrowserRight Click Sheets, and Create a Sheet Parameter , and in edit sort using "Sheet ParameterRight Click Sheets, and Create a Sheet Parameter , and in edit sort using "Sheet Parameter"Make sure you select that "Sheet Parameter""Make sure you select that "Sheet Parameter"

You can try using Project Parameter so that your sheets are sorted using that parameter..

Drawing Schedule also can be filtered using that..

Ex : 1 - Final Sheets

2. - For Reference..
