Thoughts on making this cornice?

Revit can make most of this cornice using a profile BUT what is the best way to add the dentils (blocks)?

Any ideas?

That's called a "Poor Man's Return". That shaded portion is the hip roof.  I'd model it as such.

I feel as this is like beginning a computer programming language. Intentionally making learning it harder than it actually needs to be with word salad.
