The shadow wasn’t show on the entire model

thank you of your time,

I use revit to show the shadow analysis, when i tern the shadow it didn’t show the entire building, it only show in some of them. So what should i do to fix this please.

See below and choose the proper level as the Ground level.

I only have level 1/ and level2

First, uncheck the box see if it works. It may if you modeled the ground in 3D. If not, open a section and add a Level where your ground plane is.
