The plans are not exporting they way they are supposed to

I've been exporting plans from this Revit file for over a month now, just yesterday after adding some furniture elements and I downloaded furniture and linked them to the file, the plans have been exporting with the columns rotated and large grey squares spread across. Please could anyone help me?

I attached a pdfs of before and after.

Okay, so now that we got that straight, what's the problem again?  Printed output is not the same as what's shown on the screen?

Yes exactly, the preview of the printed output on Revit shows the plan normally, however when it is printed to pdf and I open the file, it is found like the file I attached above. I have no idea where these grey overlaying shapes came from and also the columns' alignment is messed up.

What PDF are you using? If you are using Adobe PDF, I would set the 1200DPI export to 600 or 300DPI.
