In view options color fill, interior and reference are checked, I can see the cross, the reference, and the annotation of space but nothing else.

I'm working on a shared project, I created another project to understand better, and eventually share it to explain me better, but I can't replicate the problem.

Color is pulled into View by assigning a Color Scheme to the View.  But, that said, you should see a light blue color. Maybe your View Range Cut Plane is too high and not intersecting with the Room.

....or maybe your Room's Limit Offset is too low.

Check and see if Floors have solid surface patterns.

I don't have floors and I don't need them to insert spaces, already tried on an empty project and work perfectly

I didn't say you needed floors to insert spaces.

Create a new floor plan view without any view template (create from the View menu, not by duplicating an existing view).  If you can see space color fills then compare properties of the new view with the old one.
